Code Snippets Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
– Open to individuals who are 18 years or older.
– A valid email address is required to participate.
– Employees of Code Snippets, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
– The giveaway is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
– Participants must enter through the official giveaway method (e.g., completing an entry form, engaging on social media, etc.).
– Each participant is allowed a single entry unless otherwise specified. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
– Entries must be submitted before the deadline; late entries will not be considered.
3. Prize Information
– The winner will receive a **Lifetime License for Code Snippets Pro – Professional Edition**, valued at **$745**.
– The prize includes:
– Activation on up to **100 websites**
– **1,000 AI prompts per month**
– The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative rewards.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
– The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
– The selected winner will be contacted via email within **7 days** after the giveaway ends.
– If the winner does not respond within **7 days**, they forfeit the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
5. General Conditions
– Code Snippets reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
– The prize is subject to Code Snippets’ standard **Terms of Service**.
– By participating, entrants agree to comply with these giveaway terms.
– Code Snippets is not responsible for technical errors, misdirected entries, or any disruptions affecting participation.

Barfly Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
The Barfly Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and active members of the Barfly Membership. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Participants must complete the official giveaway entry form on this website, providing their name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries will be deleted.
Use of Information
The information collected will only be used to contact winners and, occasionally, to send an additional offer to non-winners.
Prizes
Prizes are donated by third-party companies and are subject to the terms and conditions provided by each donor. These terms will be outlined separately for each prize.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random using a random number generator.
Notification and Announcement
