Client management is one of those things we’re doing constantly — emails, calls, follow-ups, decisions — but rarely slow down to actually think about.

Most of the time, it just kind of… happens.

For this Happy Hour, we’re running an Agency Help Desk–style conversation focused on client management — both the reactive stuff and the intentional things we do to keep clients happy, confident, and around for the long haul.

We’ll kick things off with a handful of real-world questions, like:

  • What does “good client management” actually look like in practice?
  • How do you set expectations early so things don’t get weird later?
  • What are simple ways you stay proactive with clients without adding more work?
  • How do you nurture long-term client relationships once a project is “done”?
  • When something does go sideways, how do you handle it without damaging trust?

From there, it’s an open discussion. We’ll compare notes, share what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and help each other be more intentional about something that usually runs on autopilot.

Our monthly Happy Hour calls are a relaxed Zoom meeting to connect with like-minded professionals and share ideas in a friendly, informal setting. Think of it as a virtual hangout where stories are swapped, advice is shared, and challenges are tackled together.

Each call brings something unique, with open and engaging conversations ranging from client projects and workflow improvements to celebrating wins — or laughing off the occasional fail. There’s always a fresh perspective or helpful takeaway waiting for you.
